Awards for our colleagues in the 3rd edition of the conference "MycoRiseUp! Youth in Mycology"

We are pleased to announce that Paulina Janik and Monika Stryjak-Bogacka from our Institute received awards for the best oral presentation and the best poster in the 3rd edition of the conference for young mycologists "MycoRiseUp! Youth in Mycology". Paulina was awarded for the presentation entitled "Worldwide taxonomy and phylogeography of a nivicolous myxomycete: striking contrasts between Northern and Southern Hemisphere". Monika was awarded for the poster entitled "First report of Sydowia polyspora as endophyte of bryophytes". They presented the results of their own research, the abstracts of which can be found here.
